Presently, most of the training programs are conducted at ULC Learning Centre, UCO Building, 4th Floor, College Road, Silchar with the following infrastructure:

  • Class room 2: 70 seating capacity
  • Class room 3: 50 seating capacity
  • Class room 4: 30 seating capacity
  • Class room 5: 20 seating capacity
  • A well furnished office room
  • Internet facility is available
  • The centre is under CCTV surveillance
